The book Plastic Free by Beth Terry really helped a lot, but I am still struggling with clothing too! I found a clothing fiber sustainability chart in a magazine that I'll take a pic of and text you. :)

Girl I feel ya. I'm so picking about fabric and companies. The quality of clothing has declined. I thrift ALOT on Thredup, you can actually return items if they don't fit for a small restocking fee, which is worth it to me.

Check out Sophie Strauss! She a stylist for regular people and can put together shopping suggestions based on your requirements and preferences. She is well versed in sourcing thrifted and sustainable options. Her membership is pretty great too, with handbooks and presentations filled with recommendations and the basics of what makes a stylish look. Awesomely body positive too
